The terms and conditions stipulated below regulate the conditions of ticket sales for the Sónar Athens promoted and organized by the company callled MGT MON IKE, based in G.Gennimata 59-61, Glyfada, 16562,Greece. Registered in Greece with VAT:800696420

1.The purchase of this ticket entitles the owner to attend the event being written on it.,if and when it accepts and respects the operating conditions of the site. By entering to the event purchaser aggrees to the the terms listed here.

2.The ticket is valid for a single entry and is valid only if it has been sold at an official point of sale. The exchange, resale and general trading of tickets is forbidden. Tickets purchased for business, commercial, advertising or other activity without the approval of the organizers may be canceled.

3.The Organizer may prohibit entry to persons who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, carry bottles or other dangerous or flammable objects even if they are holders of a ticket. It is also forbidden to transfer and use audiovisual media at the venue (for video capture, recording of the concert or part of it). The ticket owner accepts the possibility that random checks to personal belonging will take place within the above prohibitions.

4.The Promoters have no responsibility for interference between spectators, for loss or loss of personal items of viewers at the concert venue. They also do not replace stolen or lost tickets.

5.The public must comply with the instructions of security staff and representatives of the Organizers for security issues. It is strictly forbidden for crowd surfing for safety reasons.

6.In the event of a postponement of the concert due to force majeure that makes the performance of the concert impossible or for organizational reasons, the Promoters reserve the right to change the date, time and venue of the Concert by informing the public about it, by the Media. In this case the tickets are valid as they are and are not refundable. They also reserve the right to change the program of the Concert.

7.In the event of a final cancellation of the Event, tickets will be refunded, within a certain time, by the funds that will be announced with the relevant notice from the Media. The viewer accepts that organizers are not obliged to compensate him, except for the price of his ticket, for any other expense from the cancellation of the concert.

8.In the event of interruption and cancellation of the Concert for reasons of force majeure, at least 35 minutes after its commencement, it is considered complete and does not repeat. In this case, the tickets are not redeemed.

9.In the event that the same ticket is guaranteed to enter / watch more concerts, happenings etc, events (eg Festival) and the appearance of a group or individual artist is canceled, the viewer accepts that the corresponding (equally) of the ticket and that the Promoter is not bound by estimates of the artistic value of the (or individual) band whose appearance is canceled.

10.Possession of this ticket does not entitle its holder to receive any additional provision free of charge, unless this has been announced. Consumption from the bar-canteen is optional.

11.Parts of the concert may be videotaped / recorded. Members of the public who will appear on them will have no claim from the video / video recording company or the Promoters.
